Lucky is a WV dog who was turned in with her friend, Marla, by an owner who was moving and was not allowed to take her dogs. She is in a foster home in WV and is arriving on Wed, the 21st, where she will go through the 48 hour quarantine and receive her vet visit and health certicificate. Here's what her foster mom says: Lucky is velcro dog, she sticks to you like glue, but so darn lovable that she is irresistable! She follows us everywhere on the farm (even into the bathroom when we go!) and is very keen with the job of guardian. Both run the property with our dogs and are happy to stay on our property. Neither are big barkers (only bark when our dogs howl at meal time. They kiss and cuddle with my 4 year old grand daughter. They will chase cats that run, but will nuzzle those that don't. They have gotten along great with our crew (10 cats, 6 dogs and with the horses). I suspect that they will have a little set back when they leave us, but they really are so lovable that I don't think you will have problems bringing them around. They are spayed and up to date on vaccines.
